Following in the footsteps of Father Eymard, Our Mission is
to respond to the hungers of the human family with the riches of God's love manifested in the Eucharist (Rule of Life number 3).
United in the Spirit with those who are poor and weak, we oppose everything which degrades human dignity and we proclaim a more just and brotherly world as we await the coming of the Lord (Rule of Life number 3).
We are an apostolic group of men whose prophetic mission is to assist the Church in her efforts to form Christian communities whose center of life is the Eucharist;
We proclaim God's Eucharistic presence in the world through celebrating the sacraments, writing, teaching, preaching, therapy, and working for justice;
We believe in the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist;
We publish Emmanuel, an award winning magazine for Eucharistic spirituality, and other liturgical and devotional materials related to the Eucharist, the Stations of the Cross, Saint Peter Julian Eymard and Eucharistic holy hours for prayer before the Blessed Sacrament;
Through our Center for Eucharistic Evangelizing we work in collaboration with committed lay women and men to promote the Eucharist through a variety of dynamic programs on the Eucharist;
We are leaders in the ecumenical movement and strongly work toward having the Eucharist be a sacrament of unity;
We hold the training and educating of all liturgical ministries in the highest
regard;
We bring Holy Communion to the sick and shut-ins, especially in hospital ministry;
We give hospitality and ministry to other priests and religious.
Since 1856, we have served the Church proclaming God's love manifested in the Eucharist.
