Daily Eucharistic Reflections

September 20, 2025

Many choose to follow Jesus’ teachings. Then there are those who choose not to follow Jesus at all or struggle with following his ways.

Many live a life without trust in God’s Word. They try to control outcomes of situations to conform to their way of thinking. It is a real struggle for them. Jesus asks us to let go of our troubles, giving them to Him, being the seed tended in healthy soil.

There was a time when it was believed that suffering was a way to get into heaven. Suffering is temporary; it is through faith that we learn to trust Jesus fully. We must release our pain: place it onto the altar and do not take it back. When Jesus washed the Apostles’ feet, he wasn’t just serving them; he was teaching them humility. It is through humility that doors are opened to God’s blessings.

To be the good seed, God calls us to trust in him alone, to walk only in his divine strength.

In the end, this is not the world we need to worry about! We need to let go of our past and trust in God’s plan. In the next life, we will ALL sit at the Eucharistic table—not just Catholics, but all souls who have walked a path of goodness, forgiveness, and trust. Heaven is not reserved for one faith; it welcomes those from EVERY religion, race, and culture who strive to live with love and grace. God is in all of us, so ALL of us have a place at his table.

Let Us Pray:

Lord, help us to remember we are ALL a part of the Body of Christ. Faith does not dictate position or popularity; we have ALL been created in your image.
