The Blessed Sacrament Community hosts two locations for a shrine: the original at Eglise Saint Jean Baptiste, New York City and the other one in suburban Cleveland, Ohio at Saint Paschal Baylon, Highland Heights.

Elevated Status of Saint Ann Shrine
The Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament is happy to share that in the Oratory of the Blessed Sacrament (the special chapel of the Blessed Sacrament Seminary – now Saint Ann’s Shrine too), Bishop Edward Malesic elevated our status to that of a diocesan shrine.

Saint Ann Shrine Mass Schedule
Saint Ann Shrine is open Monday – Friday from 8am–4pm
(except holidays and Holy Days).
Holy Mass is celebrated Monday – Friday at 11:30 am.
For other times, special events and liturgies (e.g., weddings, anniversaries, etc.)
please contact us.
PLEASE NOTE:
*Please note that Mass is not celebrated at Saint Ann Shrine when the Saint Paschal Baylon Campus is closed.
*There are no Masses celebrated on the weekends.
*Check this pdf calendar for specific dates that there will not be a Mass at the Shrine for 2026.
Masses on Monday through Friday are offered for individuals as requested.
RIP Father Roger Boureois SSS
Father Roger died peacefully in his sleep on August 22, 2026. Born August 16, 1930, in Gardner, Massachusetts, to Clifford and Lena Bourgeois. He was the oldest of two; his brother Gene and his wife Carlie, and their son Gary, preceded Father Roger in death. He is the uncle of Debbie Behr and the great uncle of Micayla (Sean) Moore, Monica Behr, and Lauren Bourgeois Ross.
Father Roger professed vows in the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament (SSS) on September 8, 1952, and was ordained a priest on September 21, 1957.

New Co-Chaplains Named for Saint Ann Shrine
With the unexpected death of Father Roger Bourgeois SSS, who served as chaplain for the diocesan Shrine of Saint Ann at our province headquarters since 2013, the Very Reverend John Thomas Lane SSS named Brother Thomas Mella SSS and Father William Fickel SSS as the new co-chaplains for the shrine, effective immediately. Father Lane also met with Father Norman Pelletier SSS, one of the priests who presides at Mass during the week, for a consultation – and all three agreed this would be a wonderful step forward. All three will continue to serve in the shrine – two will lead the liturgies (i.e., Mass, anointing of the sick, blessings, rosary, etc.). We thank Brother Tom and Father Bill for their continued service in these new leadership roles.
Saint Ann Triduum
Saint Ann Shrine and the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament Celebrate Saint Ann’s Feast Day with Triduum Masses.
The Triduum is the annual three days of prayer leading to the Feast of Saint Ann on July 26th celebrated by the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament at Saint Ann Shrine in Highland Heights, Ohio.
The Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament is a Roman Catholic religious Congregation of priests, deacons and brother whose mission is to share the riches of God’s love manifested in the Eucharist.
