Houston’s Hispanic Community Hosts a Life in the Eucharist Retreat

On Sunday, March 22, 2026, some 60 persons representing the Hispanic Community at our Blessed Sacrament Corpus Christi Parish in Houston, Texas, gathered to share in a Life in the Eucharist retreat offered in Spanish. The theme for the afternoon was to explore the four ends or purposes of participating in the holy sacrifice of the Mass, as they also serve to follow Saint Peter Julian Eymard’s model for praying in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament.
La comunidad hispana de Houston organiza un retiro sobre la Vida en la Eucaristía

El domingo 22 de marzo de 2026, unas 60 personas que representaban a la comunidad hispana de nuestra Parroquia del Santísimo Sacramento Corpus Christi en Houston, Texas, se reunieron para participar en un retiro sobre la Vida en la Eucaristía, ofrecido en español. El tema de la tarde consistió en explorar los cuatro fines o propósitos de participar en el santo sacrificio de la Misa, que también sirven para seguir el modelo de San Pedro Julián Eymard en la oración en presencia del Santísimo Sacramento.
